Third Novice Cooks Contest in Cullera

Today June 14 is celebrated the third edition of Chefs Contest Novice in Cullera.

This contest is held in the facilities of the Institute of Secondary Education “Joan Llopis Mari” and rice is the star product with which the young chefs will prepare the dishes participating in the contest.

This new edition is organized around two categories:
- The category TRADITIONAL

- The category INNOVATION

Both will assess the skills and creativity of the participants with the rice.

Participants in this competition cooks may have not reached 30 years (they can be 30 tomorrow, but do not have them the day of the competition) and must be students in their final year of cooking studies or restoration studies, or be pursuing training in the kitchen centers CDT Network or the Foundation of Hosteleria in Valencia.
