“Only Iberian” first-person account by farmers and processors as actors, the role of the Iberian pig, its productions in the Parkland and the uniqueness of their products.

In this documentary, entitled “Only Iberian”, the Spanish Association of Swine Breeders Pure and Trunk Select Iberian Iberian AECERIBER, seeks to highlight the Iberian pig, varieties, management, productions in the meadow, their qualities and how could it be otherwise, conveys sector concerns and feelings of the few farmers who are still with purebred and use of the open range.
