This summer, once again, in Valencia the Cultural Association “El Hechizo del the Border Collie” organizes a herding course for people coming from France, Asturias, Huelva, Barcelona, Teruel and Alicante among other places, some of them come to the course and others just come to enjoy the facilities and our cuisine.
This course, where participants learn how to lead their doogs so they can work with sheep, has a duration of 7 days and Ambrosia Mediterranea collaborates with El Hechizo and take care of the catering for the participants and organizers.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner, have allowed us to share with those attending the course the wonders of Mediterranean cuisine.
This year we have also offered a cocktail session with wine tasting and pairings with typical products.
We’ll tell you more after course and will share with you the recipes of what we’ve prepared.
