Born in the Mediterranean, as Serrat sang, full of excitement and optimism took its first steps. Passionate about a land, a culture and way of understanding gastronomy.
Its members have graduated throughout Spain and half of Europe. From Barcelona to Madrid via Valencia and Santiago de Compostela. Tasting in England, France or enjoying the flavours of Uruguay, Ambrosia Mediterranean grows open-minded and prepared for fusion.
Lives as born and raised, with enthusiasm and confidence. With the aim of involving everyone of the virtues of our cuisine.
